Like last year, CAC's Rally was held at Mather park next to Mather lake. A nice place to have a large gathering of folks. The day had pefect weather not too warm just comfortable. CA2Q members in attendance were Susie Coles, Steve & Jacque Foster and Shirley and me. Food was delicious, games were fun and as always; comaraderie was great.
Susie rode in from Rancho Seco where she had spent night Friday camping with some early birds for the CA2K "Kamping with the Krows". Steve & Jacque rode in this morning. Shirley and I drove in our van with our camping gear for the Kamping with the Krows rally Saturday night. We couldn't find dog sitters so took the van and our kids along for the fun.
We did okay with prizes; Jacque was the winning bidder for one of the specialty baskets. And the topper was Shirley winning a new "Goldwing" riding jacket. - Alan
