Neal Graham is the former CD for Chapter CAC in Sacramento. This annual affair is a tribute to his late wife Susan Graham. It's a fun gathering of mostly northern California chapters and friends of Neal, Ginny and Denny. Their cabin is situated in the Sierras just off Hwy 50.
